If the library has duplicate references, they can be automatically detected and merged. Here are the necessary 5 steps:

Steps 1-2: Click on Tools (1) > Check for Duplicates (2).

Step 3: Click on Actions (3).

Step 4: Click on Keep this reference only (4).

Step 5: Click on Confirm (5).

The duplicate references are now merged as stated below.
